At Zoya Home, we want you to love your living space; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zoya Home account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully Repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned furniture or decor, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
